This page shows you information on the start and the settings of the construction report.

Starting your Report

By clicking on "Documentation" you open up your work environment. First the day information page opens. Here you are already able to fill in your report.

You can show the viewer by clicking on the model-icon at the top center of the screen.

Settings

General

If you activate Model-based Performance Documentation, you are able to use Actions on your models elements.

Configuration Day Information

Here you are able to adjust multiple parts of your report. You can decide a naming scheme for your PDF-downloads and you are able to customize your daily information.

You can also activate the Usage of Your BOQ positions for mapping productive hours.

The layout of the workday information can only be changed if no day information has been entered yet!

Permissions

As an admin, you can manage the roles (user levels) of other users here. At the moment you can only assign users to one role exclusively.

To assign the Admin and Observer roles, expand the respective drop-down menu, and select the appropriate user level.

To create, and define a controlling body, click the "+" button on the right-hand side. In the window that opens, enter the required information. Select the users and trades from a drop-down menu. Click on "Save" to complete the creation.

Admins, Observers and members of controlling bodies can not be assigned to a trade.

You can remove a user's role, taking away the corresponding permissions from him/her, by clicking on the "X" next to the user name.
